Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted almonds
  • 7 cups water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 10 dried dates
  • 1 tbsp honey add more to taste
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 5 tsp chia seed

Instructions

  • Add everything except the chia seed into the blender.
  • Starting on low, gradually increase the blender speed to 10.
  • Blend for 2 minutes.
  • While blending, add 1 tsp of chia seed to each glass.
  • Poor liquid into glasses.
  • Store in fridge for up to 5 days or enjoy immediately with ice.
