- 1 cup unsalted almonds
- 7 cups water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 10 dried dates
- 1 tbsp honey add more to taste
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 5 tsp chia seed
Add everything except the chia seed into the blender.
Starting on low, gradually increase the blender speed to 10.
Blend for 2 minutes.
While blending, add 1 tsp of chia seed to each glass.
Poor liquid into glasses.
Store in fridge for up to 5 days or enjoy immediately with ice.
