Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Old Fashion Oats
  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk Any dairy/non-dairy milk will work
  • 3 Cups Water
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • Fresh Fruit to garnish
  • Maple Syrup to garnish

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into the Instant pot, with the exception of the fruit and maple syrup. If you're using a conventional slow cooker, spray down the insert with cooking spray.
  • Set the Slow Cooker setting to 6 hours on Medium.
  • Choose a delayed start, sorry math is involved. If you're doing this at 8pm-you'll want a 4 hour delay so that the oatmeal will be ready by 6am.
  • Pour into bowls, serve with your favorite toppings and be on your way!
