Taco Filling
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 lb ground beef turkey works too
Toppings
- 1 tomato diced
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/2 cup onion diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- ketchup
- red tabasco
Taco Shells
- 20 corn tortillas crunchy or soft
In a large saute pan, over high heat, add oil.
Once oil is shimmering, add ground beef and flatten with a spoon.
Sprinkle on all the seasonings.
Mash the ground beef with the back of a wooden spoon and stir until cooked. 5-7 minutes.
Assemble tacos and enjoy
