There’s something to be said for the power of Coffee. I, for one, know that once I’ve had the magic elixir, I am a super mom. No joke. Breakfast, made! Kid’s messes, cleaned with a smile! Lunches, packed! House, tidied! Mt. Laundry, conquered! I obtain baby food repellant powers; it flies in any direction but mine. I even manage to shower, shave my legs AND put on makeup. Unknown to many people, my husband (hi, hubby!), is a professionally trained chef. The first time he made me dinner, he whipped up tacos with homemade mango salsa. Yeah, I know, pretty impressive. To top it off, that was his “Oh-I’ll-just-whip-this-up-in-two-minutes-dinner.” He’s a foodie. I’m a foodie. It’s a match made in heaven.
